FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to valves manufacture, in particular, to safety valves with electromagnet drive, and is intended for use in systems of heat-and-power plants safety automatics, systems of process pipelines for control of natural gas flow. Electromagnet valve comprises manual control mechanism for valve installation into open condition, electromagnet, anchor with shut-off device, stem and washers. The first washer is made of hard-magnetic material. The second washer is made of magnetic material. Both washers are installed on one side relative to anchor with shut-off device, and electromagnet - on the other side. The first washer is rigidly connected by means of rod with anchor and shut-off device. After putting valve into closed condition, both washers are located in close proximity from each other. Manual control mechanism for putting valve into open position comprises the third washer made of hard-magnetic material. Direction of the third washer magnetic field is opposite to direction of the first washer magnetic field. The third washer is rigidly fixed to the second washer and is arranged with the possibility of installation in close proximity to the first washer. There is second version of valve design. In it the second washer is made of hard-magnetic material. Direction of the second washer magnetic field matches direction of the first washer magnetic field direction.
EFFECT: improvement of valve tightness.
