FIELD: electrical measurements.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurements of the insulation resistance of electrical networks of any kind of current that are energized or de-energized and isolated from the ground. Controlled networks can be direct current, alternating current and dual current. The device has a high performance, which manifests itself when the controlled network has a large capacity relative to the ground.
EFFECT: it becomes possible to use a large transmission coefficient of the P-regulator while maintaining the stability of the ACS, resulting in increased accuracy and speed of regulation.
