FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measuring equipment, in particular to devices for measurement and control of electrical resistance of insulation and automated monitoring systems, and is used for monitoring insulation resistance of electrical circuits of electrical and radio engineering systems and articles. Essence: measuring capacitor, charged to specified voltage value, determined by interference level, is connected between bus and housing. Value of resistance of the tire insulation relative to the housing is determined from the value of the jump of the housing potential. Timely interruption of the transient process and rapid recovery of the potential of the measuring capacitor to the jump value at the next measured channel provides high speed of operation in multichannel measurement mode. Device includes a jump controller, a jump formation unit, a second DAC, a third, a fourth and a fifth switch, an analogue adder, a signal maximum signal extraction unit, a second ADC, a signal attenuation constant calculator unit and two multiplexers. Combined operation of these units ensures high speed of operation and accuracy of measurement and high reliability of results in multichannel measurement of tire insulation resistance on the housing.

EFFECT: faster operation, higher accuracy, reduced influence on controlled circuits.
