FIELD: nuclear power plant.
SUBSTANCE: means for degassing the coolant of a nuclear power plant. Degassing system (2) is an ultrasonic degassing system comprising a sonotrode block (11) with at least one sonotrode (10) located on the line of the reactor coolant circuit or on a line that is in fluid communication with the reactor coolant circuit. For continuous operation, each sonotrode is preferably placed in a flow chamber, which may be any vessel, pipe, or reservoir suitable for continuous flow operation. A gas space is formed in the separating vessel, to which a suction line for the separated gas flow is connected. As a result, during operation, the gas space is maintained under negative pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. Gas separation can also be achieved or maintained by supplying a purge gas through the separation vessel.
EFFECT: optimization of integration of the degassing system (2) into the systems surrounding the reactor with a low space requirement, the possibility of reliable and efficient operation of the degassing system in accordance with the needs of a nuclear power plant.
