SUBSTANCE: spherical gunpowder for equipping 12-caliber shotgun cartridges for smoothbore weapons with a shot mass of 36 g, with a bulk density of 0.62-0.72 kg / dm³ contains pyroxylin, diphenylamine, phlegmatizers - centralite I and dinitrotoluene, ethyl acetate, moisture, graphite. The components have the following ratio, wt.%: diphenylamine 0.6-1.0, centralite I 0.3-3.0, dinitrotoluene 0.2-1.4, bound graphite 0.1-0.8, ethyl acetate 0.1-1.5, moisture 0.2-0.9, pyroxylin with a volume concentration of nitric oxide of at least 212.5 ml NO/g - the rest. The requirements for the mass of the powder charge for a cartridge with a shot shell mass of 36 g (1.8-2.0 g) and the requirements for ballistic characteristics for the average flight speed of the shot shell (320-340 m/s), the maximum average pressure of powder gases (not more than 61.5 MPa) and the maximum maximum pressure of powder gases (not more than 67 MPa).

EFFECT: requirements are met for the mass of the powder charge for a cartridge with a shot shell mass of 36 g (1.8-2.0 g) and for ballistic characteristics for the average flight speed of the shot shell (320-340 m/s).
