No bias current is applied to the magnetic tunnel junction or the current value is lower than the value leading to autogeneration, and the frequency of the ferromagnetic resonance of the magnetic tunnel junction is adjusted by the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field source, while a magnetic tunnel junction can be used as an amplitude detector, bandpass filter and low-frequency filter, in addition, the frequency of the ferromagnetic resonance of the magnetic tunnel junction is adjusted by a magnetic field and work is carried out in rectification modes without autogeneration, moreover, there is no need to pass high current values through the magnetic tunnel junction.

EFFECT: increase in the sensitivity of the spectroanalyzer, a decrease in nonlinear distortions during the processing of microwave signals.
