FIELD: devices for generating and processing microwave radio signals.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measuring weak magnetic fields. The highly sensitive magnetometer contains a structure based on a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ), as well as a phase locked loop (PLL) system. In the magnetometer circuit, an MTJ structure is used as sensitive elements, consisting of three main layers arranged one on top of the other in the form of a column: the first ferromagnetic layer, the dielectric layer and the second ferromagnetic layer, while the sensitive elements are built into the ring of the phase locked loop (PLL) and included in the processing scheme based on the Wheatstone bridge.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity of the magnetometer, increased power supply stability, energy efficiency, increased speed of magnetometer analysis.
