FIELD: construction; heat-insulating elements of building structures.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing these elements, characterized by the use of special foam reinforced materials by moulding from mixtures containing fibres, and can be used in the production of heat-insulating boards for roof and wall insulation and building foundations. The production line consists of a conveyor line, on which a block for supplying rolled materials of the upper and lower facings of a heat-insulating plate, a block for moulding supply and thermal reaction of a mixture of thermosetting polymeric material, a block for cutting the moulded blanks of said plates along the length and a block for hardening the thermosetting polymeric material of said blanks are sequentially located. Moreover, the block for supplying rolled materials of the upper and lower facings of the heat-insulating plate contains a block for supplying a reinforcing structure. The method of operation of the production line consists of the following steps: setting the values of the parameters of the thickness and width of the heat-insulating plates, feeding the rolled materials of the upper and lower linings of the heat-insulating plate with the simultaneous supply of the specified reinforcing material, made in the form of parallel threads, along the central part parallel to the long ribs of the flat sides of the said plates moulding area of the heat-insulating layer formed by the polymer material. In addition, the steps of the method include dispensing a mixture of thermosetting polymeric material onto said bottom plate through a dispensing device of said polymeric material with at least five dispensers evenly spaced across the width of said plates, followed by moulding them under the influence of thermosetting polymeric material temperature. The moulded blanks of said plates are cut. Next, the thermosetting polymeric material of said blanks hardens.
EFFECT: high-quality production of heat-insulating panels in terms of the accuracy of the location of the reinforcing structure in the central part of the heat-insulating layer parallel to the long ribs of the flat sides of the said panels while increasing their strength.
