SUBSTANCE: invention describes a multilayered sheet for floor or wall covering, a floor or wall panel, and a method for the manufacture of a sheet with a combined foamed vinyl layer. Combined foaming is preferably sequential foaming of a single layer, such as a single covered layer, for example, sequentially used mechanical foaming, or foam formation, followed by chemical foaming. A combined foamed vinyl plastisol composition is subjected to mechanical foaming/foam formation before it is applied to substrate. After application to substrate, the combined foamed layer can be subjected to additional processing and chemical foaming at the following technological stage. By means of using this combined foamed layer, it is possible to decrease a conventional number of layers in a structure of a floor covering product, while saving the same functionality, it is possible to print on a single gelatinized combined foamed layer, while for printing on conventional vinyl floor covering, it must contain two layers. In addition, floor covering products, according to the invention, must not necessarily contain an additional substrate covering layer as the combined foamed layer may have similar or better permeability through a porous support layer and, consequently, forms thin substrate covering on a lower surface of the product.
EFFECT: elimination of one stage of covering application reduces required equipment and material, as well as reduces a space, which this equipment occupies, which reduces total costs related to the manufacture of a product.
