FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: installation for the manufacture of composite polymer fabric by thermal bonding is claimed, including a transport grid on which non-woven fabric is formed (3) and a two-roll hydraulic calender for thermal bonding is installed in the direction of movement of the non-woven fabric, while two pairs of unwinding devices (4, 5) are mounted in front of the two-roll hydraulic calender at a height of three meters and five meters, for the possibility of placing polymer film and non-woven fabric on them, shafts (9), equipped with electromechanical brake controllers for the possibility of regulating tension, and a clamping shaft (6), by means of which a polymer film and another non-woven fabric are applied to a moving non-woven fabric for subsequent thermal bonding under the influence of temperature and pressure, while the unwinding devices (4, 5) are equipped with rotating supports and powder electromagnetic braking mechanisms.

EFFECT: expansion of the range of solutions for composite polymer web production.
