FIELD: electrical radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of VLF and ELF radio transmitting devices, and can be used in VLF radio transmitting device of the GOLIAF-2MK type. Essence: the oscillating frequency generator contains a frequency synthesizer based on a DDS digital microcircuit, a control device based on a microcontroller. The microcontroller is connected with its inputs to an information input device containing a keyboard and a encoder, and with its outputs it is connected to a frequency synthesizer based on a DDS digital microcircuit, which provides direct digital synthesis of a sinusoidal signal, to a digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) microcircuit and to an information display. The DDS chip is connected with its output to a low-pass filter with a cut-off frequency of 40 kHz, the signal from which is fed to the output through the output amplifier. The digital DAC chip is connected to a variable DC amplifier that controls the horizontal sweep of the oscilloscope. The signal from the device under test passes through the isolation amplifier through the output amplifier with a level shift to the vertical deflection channel of the oscilloscope.

EFFECT: possibility of improving the quality of communication by matching the radio transmitting device with the antenna.
