FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to translucent enclosing structures, including windows, used in technical protection of information, particularly means of protecting acoustic or speech information from laser interception through translucent enclosing structures – windows. Transparent enclosing structure contains at least four glasses, combined into at least two independent double-glazed windows, each containing at least two glasses arranged parallel to each other at distance of 10-1000 mm, wherein the glass in the double-glazed windows is glued by means of a spacer frame and a sealant, and the double-glazed windows themselves are connected to each other by means of a frame in the form of a thermally insulating load-bearing profile, with the formation of a sealed chamber between the inner glasses of the double-glazed windows, at that, the transparent enclosing structure further comprises the control unit, which first output is connected to the inputs of the circulating pump units, which are tightly connected to the sealed chamber so that their receiving side is located at the base of the sealed chamber, and the outlet side is connected to the guide tubes, which outputs are located in the upper part of the sealed chamber and are connected to a scattering grid, which cells size from the centre to the edges decreases, wherein the chamber is filled with a translucent liquid containing triple prisms, the number of which is selected based on 5-7 pieces per cubic centimetre.

EFFECT: high efficiency of protecting acoustic information and easy protection of voice information from interception.
