FIELD: glass production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for molding glass bottles by reverse blowing method. The method includes the steps of dividing a predetermined reverse blowing molding time into a plurality of sampling periods with the same time, and setting the same target bottle molding pressure P1 for each of the sampling periods; after starting the bottle blowing process, measuring the actual value of the pressure P2 in the reverse blowing pipe in real time; calculate the error of the air pressure value in accordance with the value of the difference between the target pressure value obtained in the sampling period and the actual pressure value each time the sampling is completed by the formula: P0=P1-P2; calculate a gain value according to the sum of the errors in the air pressure value over the sample periods tested, each time a sample is completed, and adjust the target pressure value by taking the average value of the gain averaged over the remaining sample periods as the correction value until all sampling periods are completed. The glass bottle molding system by reverse blowing comprises a reverse blowing pipeline containing a first pipeline and a second pipeline connected via a T-shaped three-way valve with an air storage device and a primary billet. To perform the claimed control method, the first pipeline is provided with a controller module configured to control the first pipeline for supplying air to the primary blank chamber, while the electrical signal connector on the controller module is connected to the electronic control module via signal lines.

EFFECT: eliminating the appearance of a trace on the bottom of a glass bottle and improving the quality of its finish.
