FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method is intended for gas blow moulding of containers and collecting of working gas and comprises the following stages: preliminary gas blow moulding at first pressure (P1); gas blow moulding at second pressure (P2) that exceeds first pressure (P1); gas blow moulding of partially moulded container at third pressure (P3) that exceeds second pressure (P2); collecting gas into collector to produce preset pressure in container or during preset time interval; using said collected gas for preliminary blow moulding and blow moulding first stage; and releasing gas left in container into atmosphere in and after collecting stage. Proposed invention covers also the device to implement above described method. Said device serves to blow containers, particularly bottles from performs and using gas and for collecting gas. Said device comprises at least appliances to feed gas at first pressure (P1) and third pressure (P3), container blow moulding appliances, gas collecting appliances, appliances to feed gas at first pressure (P2) from collecting tank connected with collecting gate. Note here that control appliances intended for control over collecting appliances and gate allow regulating the operation of control means. Additionally, proposed device comprises appliances with feed working gas at second pressure (P2) from collecting tank.

EFFECT: simplified blow moulding process, higher quality of final products.
