FIELD: special tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mount for holding a special wrench. The mount is made in the form of a friction wrench, including a handle, a split head, a screw, a socket, a ball and a spring. The shape and dimensions of the inner surface of the socket correspond to the shapes and dimensions of the splined output shaft of the track gearbox of the tank transmission. The width of the socket is at least 20 mm. A hole is made in the handle of the mount for passing the head of a special wrench at a distance from the centre of the socket, equal to the distance from the centre of the final drive output shaft to the centre of the bolts for fastening the track gearbox to the tank body.
EFFECT: reduction of labour intensity when replacing the track gearbox, increase in the level of work comfort.
