FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and is intended for use in feed mechanisms. The sliding screw-nut transmission consists of a hydraulic tank, throttles, a hydraulic pump with a drive and an overflow valve connected to the pump outlet channel and the hydraulic tank. It also contains a screw with an external trapezoidal thread and a nut enclosing it with a similar internal thread. The nut has pockets connected through throttles to the oil supply channel from the pump. The diametral surfaces of the nut are made with holes connected to the oil drain channel into the hydraulic tank. The transmission is equipped with a force sensor mounted on the nut, acting on the nut in the axial direction. There is a smoothing filter, a block for determining the signal module and a voltage amplifier. The pump drive is adjustable and its control input is connected to the output of the amplifier.
EFFECT: increased rigidity and transmission accuracy.
