SUBSTANCE: buoyant apparatus. To determine the location of a sunken UAV, a rescue buoy is used, which consists of a protective fixing cover, a float, a water-soluble membrane, a washer, a float eyelet, a thread, an upper eyelet, a base, a fixing coil, a lower cover and a lower eyelet. When the UAV falls into a pond and is flooded, the buoy assumes a vertical position, due to the presence of free space between the protective fixing cover and the float. When water enters the body, the membrane dissolves, as a result of which the float is released from the buoy, which floats to the surface of the water under the action of lifting force, unwinding the thread that passes through the upper and lower eyelets installed on the float and buoy.
EFFECT: prompt determination of the location of the UAV sunk in the crash is achieved.
