FIELD: rocket technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rocket technology and can be used in the creation of controlled rocket engines. The mixing head of the liquid propellant engine gas generator, containing the nozzles for the supply of liquid fuel components, the body and the firing bottom with two-component nozzles fixed between them by soldering and nuts, in the walls of which holes are made for the intake of liquid fuel components, while stops and a central hole are made on the nozzle along the line of low consumption of the first fuel component, a piston is installed on the nozzle with a plunger with an edge, the piston interacts with the central hole of the nozzle and contacts the nozzle stops, the plunger interacts with the outer surface of the nozzle and the edge contacts the side holes of the nozzle for the flow of the first component, along the flow line of the second fuel component, a sleeve with stepped surfaces and stops is made on the nozzle, on which a spring-loaded plunger with an edge is installed, the plunger interacts with the stepped surfaces of the sleeve and contacts the sleeve stops and the edge with side holes for the duct of the second component, along the additional flow line of the second component in the nozzle along the periphery in the wall around the central hole of the nozzle, a groove with a stop is made, into which a sleeve interacting along the outer surface with the surface of the firing bottom groove is installed, stepped holes are made in the sleeve, into which spring-loaded plungers with heads having conical surfaces interacting with stepped surfaces of the sleeve are installed, and two stops, one of which interacts with the nozzle stops, a sleeve with holes is hermetically installed in the groove of the firing bottom, the edges of which are in contact with the conical surfaces of the plunger heads, and the thin-walled whisker, and the ends interacting with the end of the firing bottom, the end with the end of the nut and the other end with the end of the sleeve.
EFFECT: invention provides deep throttling for both fuel components, maintaining a high drop on the nozzle along both lines and ensuring high completeness of combustion of fuel components.
