FIELD: hingeless vehicle track.
SUBSTANCE: hingeless vehicle track contains parallel traction elements, transversely arranged tracks with lugs, guide ridges and treadmills for support rollers, idler and drive wheels. The traction elements are made in form of a single metal rope, fixed on the tracks by clamps with a transverse hole for the rope and holes with locks. The body of the clamps consists of two parts, made with the possibility of preliminary compression of the rope and their subsequent fixing to each other by welding and final fixing of the rope in the clamp by installing the clamps. The clamps are installed crossing the body in a perpendicular plane and are made with the possibility of reducing the cross section of the rope without damaging its strands.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of the hingeless track.
