SUBSTANCE: in an electrical mains plug with a housing (1) made of electrically insulating material, two contact rods (3) are located parallel to each other, which protrude from the housing (1) on its first side and are connected inside the housing (1) with an electrical conductor (4), which is removed from the body (1) on its second side, and a thermobimetallic element is also provided as a temperature sensor, and the specified thermobimetallic element is an integral part of the thermobimetallic switch (7) associated with at least one of the two contact rods (3).
EFFECT: facilitating the manufacture of a power plug.
