FIELD: treatment of keratin-containing substances.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains a polyhydroxyalkanoate copolymer containing -[-O-CH(R1)-CH2-CO-]- unit A, -[-O-CH(R2)-CH2-CO-]- unit B, -[-O-CH(R3)-CH2-CO-]- link C, where R1 is a linear alkyl radical containing 5–9 carbon atoms; R2 is a linear alkyl radical containing the number of carbon atoms corresponding to the number of carbon atoms of the radical R1-2; R3 is a linear alkyl radical containing the number of carbon atoms corresponding to the number of carbon atoms of the radical R1-4; where unit A is present with a molar fraction of 40–97.5%, unit B is 2–40%, unit C is 0.5–20%, an oil medium containing an oil other than a silicone-based oil selected from a esters, oils based on carbonates, oils based on branched non-polar hydrocarbons containing 8–14 carbon atoms, as a mixture with monohydric alcohol containing 2-6 carbon atoms, in accordance with the ratio by weight of monohydric alcohol/oil based on branched non-polar hydrocarbons in the range 1/99–10/90. A cosmetic method for treating keratin-containing substances is also disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides good resistance to oils and sebum, as well as good haze.
