FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for testing in laboratory bench conditions of aircraft structures for strength against vibration loads. The method consists in generating a broadband random vibration, which is transmitted to the test object along the vertical Y axis and in the transverse Z axis using two electrodynamic vibration exciters. Vibration is formed simultaneously by two vibration exciters, to which the test object is rigidly attached along two sections, one of which is located in the center of mass of the object, and the other - at the end of the tail section. The formation of vibration is carried out in the frequency range from 10 to 2000 Hz by creating a spectral density of the acceleration power in the specified sections of the test object. Vibration action is carried out sequentially in vertical, transverse and longitudinal directions at 100% loading level. The total specified test time, corresponding to the time of autonomous flight of the object on the trajectory, in each of the directions is distributed in equal proportions.
EFFECT: more accurate simulation of operational impacts on the structure, as close as possible to the actual operating conditions of the product.
