FIELD: testing. SUBSTANCE: process is intended for determination of mode of equivalent vibration loading of object assembly subject to joint action of static and vibration loads during operation. Two lots of elements of object are tested. First of all one lot is tested to failure under simultaneous action of asymmetric static and random vibration loads simulating operational loads and time of running to failure is recorded. Tests of elements of second lot are conducted only under random vibration action. Level of vibration load is enhanced in step till time of running to failure is achieved that corresponds to time of running to failure of element under specified joint action. Ratio of maximum level of random vibration load to level of vibration load under joint loading is found by results of tests of elements of two lots. Object assembly is subjected to random vibration. Mode of equivalent vibration loading is set in agreement with ratio mentioned above. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of tests.
