SUBSTANCE: invention relates to connecting connectors for a suspended ceiling system and suspended ceiling systems containing such connecting connectors. Connecting connector for a suspended ceiling system. A beam connector connected to a wall engagement element located at an angle of essentially 90 degrees to the beam connector. In this case, the beam connector is a saddle-type connector, essentially U-shaped. The engagement element with the wall additionally contains a depressed engagement section with a beam, and the engagement section with the beam forms a recess on the surface of the engagement element with the wall, while the specified recess has lower and upper boundaries, which are formed by the first and second stops.
EFFECT: technical result is the provision of a connecting connector, which is universal and can be used in various configurations.
