SUBSTANCE: production of vodkas with reduced toxicity and narcotic effect, with preserved euphoria due to the introduction of natural biologically active substances of lichenous origin into vodka. The composition of special vodka with reduced toxicity and narcotic effect consists of a water-ethanol mixture containing lichenous β-oligosaccharides, while the concentration of lichenous β-oligosaccharides introduced into the composition in the form of cladonia aromatic alcohol obtained from 800 g of lichen thalli of the Cladonia is 8.0±0.5 mg per 1 liter of 40 vol.% water-ethanol mixture.

EFFECT: creating a vodka composition having a reduced intoxication, post-intoxication and narcotic effect, while maintaining euphoria when consumed.
