FIELD: fluid heaters.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water heaters having devices for generating heat, in particular to water heaters comprising one or more tubular combustion chambers or flame tubes, with a water jacket surrounding the combustion chamber, and can be used for heating water and heating of premises as boilers for domestic or industrial use. A fire-tube water-heating boiler is proposed, in the lower part of which there is a combustion chamber, and in the middle and upper parts of which there is a vertical chimney with an expansion tank fixed in its upper part made with a supply pipe of the heating hydraulic system. Also, the boiler contains a liquid circuit of the water jacket, which is made with a return pipe of the heating hydraulic system. The water jacket is hydraulically connected to the inner upper volumetric-air or lower water-volumetric part of the expansion tank by means of at least one overflow pipe located in the upper part of said liquid circuit. The inner walls of the liquid circuit are formed by the upper and side parts of the combustion chamber and a vertical chimney, consisting of at least one flame tube, while the external walls of the liquid circuit are formed by the outline shell of the boiler and the inner part of the upper wall of the expansion tank. Flame tubes in the upper part of the boiler are located along the entire height of the internal space of the expansion tank, which is sealed against the internal space of said pipes through the outline shell of the liquid circuit of the water jacket in the upper part of the boiler.

EFFECT: reduced heat losses, saving of fuel consumption, uniform heating, increased convective processes of heat transfer in a fluid medium from a heating source, as well as increased service life and reliability of the device.
