FIELD: safety shut-off valves.

SUBSTANCE: device is related to safety shut-off valves used mainly in room ventilation systems, in particular shelters, requiring increased safety in case of a sharp increase in air pressure in which the shelters are located. Technical solutions can also be used in ventilation systems for buildings and structures, including nuclear power plants. The sealing localizing valve includes a housing in which clamps are installed and through holes are formed for placing an axle, on which two eccentrics are located, fixed to the axle by one side of the spring, axle cavities and a plate on which a cover is fixed that presses the free ends of the springs to the plate, with cams, embedded in the depressions, increasing the angle of rotation of the axis relative to the plate, on which the half-rims are located, with their ends abutting against the eccentrics and the circumference of the half-rims abutting against the sealing annular gasket with the possibility of squeezing the gasket out until it touches the body, sealing the space where it is located.

EFFECT: reducing the torque on the valve axis, increasing its tightness and efficiency, as well as simplifying the design.
