FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the formation of a dump and a pit, where a waterproof screen is arranged along the side slopes and the base of this pit is made from compacted fine fractions of overburden and clayey rocks. The coal-rock mass is moved and compacted into the pit from the zones of stripping contacts of overburden rocks with coal seams, zones of tectonic disturbances, zones of off-balance seams and coal waste from dry concentration areas, including waste with an increased concentration of potentially hazardous chemical elements and their compounds. Clay rocks are laid on the specified mass and compacted. Overburden rock of a fine fraction are placed above and the formation of a waste dump is continued.
EFFECT: increased overall environmental safety in mining operations.
