FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method includes the block drilling and explosion of overburden ledge, excavation of exploded rocks from the roof of the top layer of mineral into the extended bench, subsequent excavation of extended bench and remained rock volumes into final blade circuit, drilling, exploding and development of the top layer of mineral, drilling, exploding and development of parting using non-transportation technology with excavation of rocks of internal overburden in specially created dump volumes. On the sections where earlier such volumes haven't been created, they are created after the laying out into the dump of rocks of external overburden, by dragline removal of the rock layer, from the side surface of internal dump where subsequently after development of the top layer of mineral the parting rocks are stored. The depth of this layer is determined from the ratio.

EFFECT: decrease of cost of overburden works and decrease of harmful emissions into atmosphere.
