FIELD: copolymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a group of inventions: a composition of a two-component block copolymer, especially useful in microporous rubber compounds and adhesive compositions; options for obtaining a composition of a two-component block copolymer; composition for a cross-linked porous rubber product; composition for hot melt adhesive. The composition of the two-component block copolymer contains C and U. C includes: [D-(D/A)-A1]n-X; [B-(B/A)-A1]n-X; [(B/A)-A1]n-X; or [B-A1]n-X. U includes: D-(D/A)-A2 or D-(D/A)-A2 and D-(D/A)-A1; B-(B/A)-A2 or B-(B/A)-A2 and B-(B/A)-A1; (B/A)-A2 or (B/A)-A2 and (B/A)-A1; or B-A2 or В-А2 and В-А1. B is a polymer block derived only from the conjugated diene monomer. (B/A) is a random polymer block made from at least a conjugated diene monomer and at least a monovinyl aromatic monomer. D is a polymer block derived from at least a conjugated diene monomer and at least a monovinyl aromatic monomer, wherein the conjugated diene repeating units are in a greater molar amount than the monovinyl aromatic repeating units, along the entire length of the polymer block. (D/A) is a polymer block derived from at least a conjugated diene monomer and at least a monovinyl aromatic monomer, where the end of the polymer block opposite A1 or A2 predominantly consists of conjugated diene repeating units, where the composition of the polymer block gradually varies along the length of the block until it is essentially composed of monovinyl aromatic repeating units at the end adjacent to A1 or A2. A1 and A2 are polymer blocks derived from monovinyl aromatic monomer only, where the A2 polymer block has a higher molecular weight than the A1 polymer block. X is the remainder of the binding agent. n is an integer from 2 to 30. The invention also provides methods for producing new two-component block copolymers in a batch reactor. The composition for a product made of cross-linked microporous rubber contains a composition of a two-component block copolymer, a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent. The pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive composition contains a two-component block copolymer composition; tackifying resin; filler oil and antioxidant. Development of a block copolymer of a conjugated diene and vinylaromatic repeating units, which can be mixed with additional ingredients to obtain microporous cross-linked rubber compounds without premature blistering and without premature crosslinking. This two-component block copolymer composition provides cross-linked microporous rubber compounds without shrinkage during their manufacture.
EFFECT: Obtaining moulded articles with excellent appearance, free from bubble defects, with improved softness and high resilience.
