The technical result consists in expanding the functionality of the device in order to expand the arsenal of technical means that can be used in an automated mode to manage the range of goods and services. The device contains the first, second and third memory blocks, the first, second and third computing blocks of possible sales, the sales adjustment block, the first, second, third and fourth logical blocks, the first and second blocks for evaluating sales in the absence of shipment of goods, a block of AND elements and a block OR elements, while the first memory block is a sales memory block, the second memory block is a memory block of the product presence coefficient and the number of sales invoices, the third memory block is a trading company uniqueness coefficients memory block.
