FIELD: vegetable oils processing.
SUBSTANCE: obtaining valuable gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons. A method for the catalytic processing of vegetable raw materials with the production of gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons by catalytic cracking of vegetable oil is proposed. In this case, sodium tetrachloroferrate is used as a catalyst in the content range of 3-7 wt.%, deposited on the HYmmm zeolite. The process is carried out in a flow reactor with a catalyst heated to a temperature of 350-450°C. The feed rate of the raw material is 2 h-1.
EFFECT: catalytic conversion of vegetable oil into gaseous C1-C5 hydrocarbons and light liquid hydrocarbons C5-C15.
