SUBSTANCE: self-cleaning filter comprises a drum (1) with a side wall (2) made of mesh material, adapted for rotation in the support structure. Inside the drum (1) there is an inlet chamber (8) connected to the suction pipe (6) by its outlet (7) with a plurality of inlets (9) on the lower side (10) interacting with check valves. The inlet chamber (8) is at least partially made with a smooth expansion towards its outlet (7). The expanding part (24) of the inlet chamber (8) is at least partially located above the geometric axis (25) of rotation of the drum (1).
EFFECT: increased productivity of the self-cleaning filter.
