SUBSTANCE: сombined-cycle plant with a semi-closed gas turbine plant contains a pressurization unit with a low-pressure compressor and a counter-pressure steam turbine, a semi-closed gas turbine plant with a high-pressure compressor, a high-pressure ballast gas compressor, a combustion chamber, high, medium and low pressure gas turbines, a steam turbine plant with high and low pressure cylinders, a condenser, electric generator; high-pressure steam generator with economizer, evaporator, high and medium pressure superheaters, high pressure and medium pressure superheated steam lines, deaerator, air cooler, ballast gas cooler, medium pressure air duct, ballast gas and cooled ballast gas pipelines, flow regulator, mixing regulator, gas rotors medium and low pressure turbines are connected by a shaft to an electric generator. In a semi-closed gas turbine plant, an additional counter-pressure steam turbine is used, which is connected by a shaft to a low-pressure compressor. The low-pressure gas turbine is connected by a common shaft to an electric generator and a medium-pressure gas turbine; the heat-exchange surface of the air cooler is connected to the cooling water pipelines; the low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine is connected to the deaerator by the extraction steam pipeline.
EFFECT: these technical solutions increase the thermal efficiency of a combined-cycle gas turbine plant with a semi-closed gas turbine plant, when it operates with reduced loads, simplify the design and reduce the cost of this plant.
