SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy. Combined-cycle plant with a steam turbine compressor drive, a regenerative air heater and a high-pressure steam generator, containing a compressor, a regenerative air heater, a high-pressure steam generator, a gas turbine, a waste heat boiler, a vacuum deaerator, a counterpressure and condensing steam turbine, and an electric generator. The condenser outlet is connected via compressed air through the heat exchange surface of the regenerative air heater to a high-pressure steam generator. The output of the gas turbine is connected by combustion products through a regenerative air heater with a waste heat boiler. The backpressure turbine rotor is connected to the compressor rotor, the gas and condensing turbine rotors are connected to the electric generator rotor. An evaporator and a superheater are located in the inner casing of the high-pressure steam generator. An incomplete fuel combustion chamber is installed at the entrance to the inner body, and a fuel afterburning chamber is installed at its exit. The waste heat boiler contains a feed water heater (economizer) and a gas-water condensate heater.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase air consumption, generation of superheated steam, electric power, thermal efficiency and environmental friendliness of a combined-cycle plant, reduce the temperature of combustion products in front of the waste heat boiler and its metal consumption.
