SUBSTANCE: invention is related to composition for making dough for bread. The composition of the dough for making yeast-free bread includes drinking water, baking wheat whole-meal flour, highest grade baking wheat flour, wheat sourdough, granulated sugar, sunflower seeds, oil flax seeds, table salt in the following ratio of components, in % by weight: drinking water 38 .59-39.969; baking wheat whole-meal flour 29.553-30.932; highest grade wheat flour 14.572-15.951; wheat sourdough 8.209-9.588; granulated sugar 2.527-3.906; sunflower seed 2.3-3.679; oil flax seed 1.98-3.359; edible salt 0.89-2.269.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a finished product with improved organoleptic properties, as well as with an increased beneficial effect on the human body.
