FIELD: imaging devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a process cartridge and an imaging device. The process cartridge includes a casing; a removable sealing cap connected to the casing; a developing shaft that can rotate relative to the casing; and a movable part which is movably connected to the case. The movable part can cause the developing shaft to rotate during the process of moving relative to the casing. During the process of mounting the seal cover on the case, the seal cover can drive the movable part in the first direction B, and at this time, the developing roller can rotate in the forward direction. During the process of removing the sealing cover from the casing, the movable part can move in the second direction C so as to drive the developing roller in the reverse direction; the first direction B is opposite to the second direction C.

EFFECT: ensuring normal operation of the process cartridge by setting the movable part in motion when the sealing cover is removed, in order to drive the developing shaft in the opposite direction to release it from the developer with large particles or impurities adhering between the developing roller and the doctor blade.
