SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions includes the transporting device, the cleaning device, the developing device, the technological cartridge, and the image formation device. At that the transporting device contains: the developer transport route, configured to transport the developer, the first transportation element, having the drive shaft, equipped with the drive transmission section, configured to transmit the driving force and the second transportation element, having the driven shaft, equipped with moving power taking section, configured with the possibility of taking the moving power from the drive transmission section. The drive transmission section includes the engaging section, protruding from the driving shaft, the moving power taking section includes the engaging section, configured to take the moving power by engaging with the engaging section within the developer transport route, the circumference of the trajectory, outlining by the distal end of the engaging section, and the center line of the driven shaft are intersected, when looking in the axial direction of the drive shaft and the slope of the driven shaft relative to the horizontal direction is the angle, that does not exceed the developer natural slope angle, when looking in the axial direction of the drive shaft.
