SUBSTANCE: jet engine with a device that extends the operation of the jet, operates as follows. The gases emanating from the combustion chamber enter a system of eight nozzles arranged according to the principle of a golden spiral. Two nozzles, which ensure the movement of the aircraft in the horizontal direction, are connected to the combustion chamber from the side of the swirling parts, the straightening parts of the nozzles are facing the rear of the aircraft, four nozzles of the same design, which provide the vertical movement of the aircraft, are connected by twisting ends to the combustion chamber, their straightening parts are directed downwards, two more nozzles, which provide braking of the aircraft and, if necessary, its reverse motion, are connected to the combustion chamber with twisting ends, and straightening ends are directed forward. Alternatively, the number of nozzles may be different. The cross section of the nozzles at the beginning and at the end is different, with a difference in the cross section in the nozzles, the law of gas dynamics is fulfilled, the gas jet, falling into the part of the nozzles with a large cross section, has a higher pressure and a lower speed, as it passes through the channels of the nozzles to a smaller section, the pressure decreases and increases speed, with this design in comparison with the Laval nozzle, due to the elongated process of transition from a part of the system with a high pressure and a lower speed of movement of gases to a lower pressure and a higher speed of their movement, the operating time of the gases emanating from the combustion chamber increases.
EFFECT: engine itself is more compact.
