FIELD: rocket technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed to control the flow of gas generation products of cruising fuel in ramjet engines (RJE). RJE cruising fuel flow regulator comprises front and rear covers with heat-shielding coating, a passage channel with a nozzle insert, an electric rotary damper, the rotary damper has a profiled hole, the front edge of the nozzle insert protrudes above the plane of the front cover, the inlet of the passage channel is has a narrowing, whereas the smallest diameter of the profiled hole is equal to the diameter of the inlet hole of the passage channel, and their mutual overlap forms the critical passage section.
EFFECT: invention ensures optimal flow rate of gas generation products into the afterburner, minimization of gas-dynamic losses of the gas flow in the rotary damper area.
