FIELD: pneumohydraulic devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention allows you to adjust the level of opening of the water drain from the receiver. The automatic water drain device (1) includes a body (2), a top cover (3) with a pipe (4), a bottom cover (5) with a pipe (6), a float consisting of an upper section (7) and a lower section (8), as well as a valve, which includes a stopcock body (9), a jet fixed in it (10) and a hollow stem (11) with a tip (12) sealed in the lower part. The top section (7) is mounted on the top of the stem (11) using, for example, a bolted connection (13). Also, the upper part of the rod (11) contains a working area in which holes (14) are made and with the help of which it is possible to reinstall the upper section (7) of the float. The bottom section (8) is mounted on the bottom of the stem (11) also with bolts. The stem (11) itself is fixed in the body (2) with the help of a bushing (15) with a through hole and a centering ring (16). The sleeve (15) is screwed to the branch pipe (4) of the top cover (3) and locked with a lock nut (17). The through hole connects the cavity of the rod (11) with the internal cavity of the branch pipe (4). The centring ring (16) has holes for the passage of liquid and is rigidly fixed on the branch pipe (6) of the bottom cover (5).
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the device for automatically draining water from the receiver by controlling the level of opening of the drain.
