SUBSTANCE: building for children with a functionally changeable purpose of the occupied space includes a closed volume bounded by a floor, walls and ceiling with a conditional positional division of the available area into at least two interconnected sections. The features of the premises predetermine the collapsible panel structure in the form of a three-dimensional structure with a transitional section and a working surface, under which there are rows of cots formed into retractable block systems that occupy the main part of the free space in the working position. The working surface of the three-dimensional structure is divided into relatively separate parts for arbitrary use and into relatively separate parts for operational purposes, which are located mainly at the edges. These parts contain separate folding cabinet-type furniture structures containing composite transformable products folded in them, which, in the unfolded position, leaning on the supporting surface, are integrated into the interior in the form of bunk cribs, forming combinations of multi-level sleeping places with labyrinth passages between them.

EFFECT: high efficiency and rationality of the occupied area, reducing the consumption of material for the building, creating a building with an internal space for improved perception of the program by children.
