SYSTEMS AND METHODOLOGY FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND EQUIPMENT LOCATION USING BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC E04B1/41 E04G21/18

Abstract RU 2795736 C2

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a construction system for the installation of construction equipment. The anchor system comprises at least one anchor device, including: a locking plate configured to be attached relative to the formwork slab used to form the concrete support; an elongated anchor including a connecting segment at one end for connection to a construction tool; and a connecting piece mounted on an elongated anchor. One of the stop plate and the connecting part forms an opening and an orienting groove adjacent to the opening. The other of the stop plate and connecting part forms the main segment and the segment of the wing extending from the main segment. The main segment and the wing segment, respectively, are located in the hole and the orienting groove, at the first angular position of the connecting part and the locking plate, and at the same time, the relative rotational movement of the connecting part and the locking plate to the second angular position ensures the fastening of the connecting part and the elongated anchor to the locking plate. Essence: at least one anchor device is anchored to the formwork used to create a concrete support structure, which includes: attaching the locking element to the formwork slab; connection of an elongated anchor with a locking element; advancing the lid along the elongated anchor for positioning relative to the slab; placing concrete within the formwork to create a concrete support structure, whereby the lid isolates at least a portion of the connecting segment of the elongated anchor from the concrete; and removing the plate to at least partially open the lid and connecting segment of the elongated anchor.

EFFECT: possibility to facilitate all stages of construction, increase efficiency and organization, and significantly reduce costs and working hours.
