CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM WITH HOLLOW BUILDING ARTICLES AND CUTOUTS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to erection of walls according to modular construction system. Construction system includes pressed elongated hollow building articles made of thermoplastic material and having rectilinear cross-section and shaped so as to allow for assembly by interconnection in lock with further use for erection of modular structures on supporting base. Each article is manufactured by combined pressing of basic component containing reprocessed plastic material, and thin smooth protective covering of thermoplastic material which covers those surfaces in wall of aforesaid building article which appear exposed during assembling with adjacent articles. Each article is machined by cutting operation with creating holes located according to preset arrangement along walls of article. These walls take function of internal walls in assembling with adjacent articles. Holes in adjacent articles are aligned with created internal through-passages, and cut-out material is utilized in reprocessing as source of primary plastic material for basic component. Aforesaid construction system allows for reducing material-input in manufacture. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 12 cl, 21 dwg
