FIELD: construction structures.

SUBSTANCE: used for the rapid erection of structures in the regions of the Far North with a short summer period favorable for construction. The method of reinforcement includes the installation of carbon fiber reinforcement in prefabricated thin-walled monolithic shells. It is fixed with screw anchors to a previously leveled ground. Gas is injected into the space between the flexible base and the inner shell. After the formwork has taken its design form, the required amount of concrete mixture is supplied through the nozzles for supplying the solution under pressure. After complete filling with the mixture, additional gas is injected under the shell with simultaneous removal of air displaced as a result of filling the mixture through the air suction pipe, which makes it possible to additionally compact the mixture and fill the entire volume between the shells. The formwork is non-removable, because the outer shell performs the function of a roof, and the inner shell during further operation is a vapor barrier for the interior decoration structure. Then, the flexible base performs the function of floor covering.

EFFECT: increase in the operational quality of reinforced concrete with carbon fiber reinforcement, namely, an increase in tensile and bending strength.
