FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in the manufacture of reinforced concrete structures of complex configuration with a large number of ribs, in particular ribbed plates, caisson structures, the presence of ribs in which enables to significantly reduce the thickness of the board, the weight of the structure and the consumption of materials. Formwork for reinforced concrete structures and structures of ribbed plate type is characterized by that it is detachable, containing forming flexible support shell in the form of closed tent (1), which preserves box-like shape in working position due to excess air pressure or liquid pressure in cavity of canopy. Tent base is laid on auxiliary beams and deck installed on deck. Upper shaping part of the canopy is made with a relief surface corresponding to the formed structure and containing intersecting channels (4), (5) for the rib reinforcement installed in them to form a cellular surface of the structure. At that, tent (1) is made rubber-textile, and inside tent stabilizing tapes are installed, which are intended for limitation of swelling of tent walls from internal pressure and preservation of channels (4, 5) shape. Besides, formwork comprises external inventory elements, reinforcement mesh for plate and reinforcing frames to form contour ribs along structure perimeter, and tent base contains tightly built nozzle or valve.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by invention consists in expansion of arsenal of technical means used as detachable formwork for production of efficient reinforced concrete structures of complex configuration with large number of ribs.
