FIELD: physical training.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for development and strengthening of muscles or joints by exercise to overcome the opposing force with or without measuring instruments and can be used to form skills to overcome obstacles, for effective development of special physical qualities (quickness in action and speed-strength endurance) and stamina. The collapsible training complex for an obstacle course consists of six separately assembled collapsible elements: a destroyed ladder containing racks, a base made of channel No. 12 and 14 or pipes of different diameters, which are fastened together with fixing bolts; a collapsed bridge and a fence, which is a removable shield, and the collapsed bridge includes a hole through which the collapsed bridge is attached to the fence, the collapsed bridge also includes beams; a vertical ladder, which, with the help of L-shaped hooks welded to the upper and lower parts, is connected to the beams of the destroyed bridge; an inclined board, to the upper part of which an L-shaped hook is attached, and a support platform is attached to the lower part, an inclined board is fixed on the beam of the destroyed bridge using an L-shaped hook; a wall with two breaks, including a hole, through which the wall with two breaks is attached to the floor.
EFFECT: ability to conduct training in peacetime and wartime, both in open areas and indoors in a limited area of up to 20 m2; to change the size of obstacles (length, height); to change the layout of the elements of the complex; to ensure the implementation of the didactic principles of gradation, accessibility, reliability of the process of mastering the technique of performing techniques and ways to overcome the elements of obstacles for poorly physically prepared people from the very first lessons; reduction of time for training people by 40% compared to the background standards.
