FIELD: physical training and sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical training and sports and can be used to train military personnel on a collapsible obstacle course training complex. Training in climbing techniques on a collapsible fence is carried out first at a height of 1 m, then 1.5 m, 2 m. Training in the technique of climbing, moving, jumping and landing on a collapsible destroyed bridge is carried out first at a height of 1 m, then 1.5 m, 2 m. Training in the technique of climbing on the steps of a collapsible destroyed staircase - the second step is lowered from 1.2 m to 0.9 m, the third step is lowered from a height of 1.5 m to 1 m and perform the technique of jumping from step to step and hand grip for the corners of the beams. Then the training is carried out at the usual height of the steps. Training in the technique of climbing in a wall with a break is carried out by lowering the center of gravity of the body to the middle of the break, and then tilting the trunk forward. Overcoming the wall with a break is carried out by women jumping with the support of an arm and a leg, and young men head and foot forward and head forward. Moreover, at first, these techniques are performed to overcome the elements of the collapsible training complex of the obstacle course without weapons, and then with weapons.
EFFECT: method allows, at the end of training with the use of elements of a collapsible obstacle-overcoming simulator complex, to improve performance in the technique of overcoming individual obstacles and reduces the time to perform a general control exercise.
