FIELD: signal and control devices for control of moving objects.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to coke pusher, coal-loading car, door opener. The device is one element for the entire length of the coke oven battery - a signal trolley - a busbar, on which marks are applied in a certain sequence with a step of 1/2 of the furnace width. The marks are made in form of through holes of various configurations. The mark, which is a round hole, is applied along the axis between the furnaces, the mark, which is a slit, is applied along the axis of the coking chamber. The slit mark has a length equal to the allowable deviation of the coke machine from the axis of the coking chamber. The labels are read by an optical sensor, preferably a slot sensor, mounted on a movable coke machine.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and provision of the necessary accuracy of positioning of the moving object.
