FIELD: control devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of controlling operation of equipment for heating coke furnaces. Device comprises coke battery 1, angular and guide blocks 5 of cables, tilting winch-machine 2, with lever 3, to which ends of tilting cable are fixed, cable has two marks 6 and 7, made in the form of metal plates, fixed on the cable at the end of the battery, symmetrically to the axis of the battery with a distance between the marks equal to the value of the cable displacement during tilting of 610 or 650 mm, which interact with optical sensor 8 installed opposite one of the marks, the output of which is connected to one of the inputs of logic element 10 of electronic unit 9, the other two are connected to signals from the starting equipment of the drive of the tilting machine, the output is connected to the input of inverter element 11, the output of which is connected to output amplifier 12, from the output of the amplifier the signal is transmitted to the alarm circuit.

EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability of the device for monitoring the condition of the tilting cable.
